About the PEO

Vision
The Professional Engineers of Oregon (PEO) is Oregon’s professional association providing leadership in all engineering disciplines. We promote the professional engineer as a recognized voice in society through legislative advocacy, public education and adherence to engineering principles and standards.
 

Mission
The Professional Engineers of Oregon (PEO) exists to unify engineering professionals under a code of conduct, ethics, professionalism, a standard of technical excellence and public safety. We are the voice of Oregon’s engineers to promote and protect licensure. PEO represents the profession in development of public policy and provides opportunities for professional development, fellowship and local and global public service.
