Allows qualifying person registered as photogrammetrist in another state to obtain Oregon registration. Eliminates age requirement for retired engineer, land surveyor or photogrammetrist to obtain inactive status. Revises terminology used to refer to engineers and land surveyors. Authorizes board to certify new branches of land surveying and photogrammetric mapping. Repeals provision regarding engineer in responsible charge of engineering works. Repeals provision regarding issuance of replacement certificate.
