Education

 

The PEO monitors developments affecting Oregon's educational system at all levels. Our members participate in a variety of educational activities, including teaching, mentoring, and volunteering their time to worthy programs like MathCounts, MESA, ABET, and the SAE's A World In Motion. We work to ensure a good future for our children, and yours!

 

Oregon mandates continuing education for Licensed Engineers, so we provide our members with access to a variety of approved programs. Engineering is a broad field and this is in itself an increasingly complex task.

 

The PEO membership includes Licensed Engineers from Academia, Industry and Government. As you may imagine, their interests are similar, yet disparate, so the PEO serves as a forum where our members can stay informed on current issues by maintaining existing relationships and forging new ones.
